The Fairfield-Suisun Sewer District (FSSD) would like to adopt the estimated revenues, expenditures, and interfund transfers for all funds and reserve for the revised fiscal year 2010/11 and for the fiscal year 2011/12. FSSD would also like to adopt the Long-Term Financial Plan as an operating guideline for the scheduling and financing of future capital projects and bond issuance.
