The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) has approved the Removal Action Workplan (RAW) pursuant to authority granted under Chapter 6.8, Division 20, California Health and Safety Code (H&SC). The objective of the RAW is to protect human health and environment by removing contaminated soils on the Morse Park Site ("Site"). DTSC is overseeing cleanup at the Site under a Voluntary Cleanup Agreement (Docket No. HAS-VCA 11/12-001) with the City of Sunnyvale.
