The project is limited to rehabilitation and partial replacement of an existing 60-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert, as well as installation of an energy dissipation structure and channel re-grading at the culvert outlet. The project is located at an unnamed tributary to San Pablo Creek, near the intersection of Glorietta Boulevard and Moraga Way in Orinda, CA. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2012-0022-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game to the project Applicant, the City of Orinda.
