The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project applicant, Oakdale Irrigation District, for the Union Slough Wetlands and Water Quality Enhancement Project. The applicant proposes to modify an existing berm with new structures and construct a new berm to improve uniformity of water depth across the entire wetlands and manage the range of slows expected from irrigation water and storm flows.
