Document Description
The request is for a two-parcel residential land division. The resulting parcels would be 3.02-acres and 2.24-acres in size. The proposed 2.24-acre parcel would contain an existing single-family residence. The existing single-family residence is served by the Bella Vista Water District and an on-site septic system. Water for the undeveloped parcel would also be provided by the Bella Vista Water District and an on-site sewage disposal system. Improvements for the project would include paving a portion of Los Palos Drive and if necessary, improve the fire protection water system to meet fire safety standards. Installation of a water service and construction of a septic system would occur when the proposed vacant parcel is developed.
