The California State Lands Commission action is a 25-year Lease through August 31, 2036 for the construction, use and maintenance of one new overhead 120 kilovolt (kV) transmission line and continued use and maintenance of two existing overhead 7.2kV distribution lines, one existing 69kV transmission line, and a communications line.
