Document Description
Sierra Pacific Industries (SPI) Lassen District is approximately 300,000 acres, managed primarily for timber production in northern California. These lands are accessed by an extensive road network which has numerous crossings over streams and watercourses. This project is intended to facilitate compliance with Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq and consists of a Long-term Agreement (Agreement) (Appendix A to this IS/MND) between the Department and SPI to provide a system of notification for and authorization of lake or streambed alteration and water diversion activities.
