As presently proposed, the Project proponent has submitted one application (Planning Application 08-0164), which consists of three (3) related entitlements for the Project site: General Plan Amendment No. 08-0164, Change of Zone No. 08-0164 and Tentative Map No. 31895 (TTM 31895). GPA 801 and CZ 6836 would change the General Plan and Zoning designations on the subject property to allow for more intensive development on the site than is permitted under the current General Plan and Zoning designations. TTM 31895 proposes a Schedule "A" subdivision of the Project site into a total of 51 single-family lots, 2open space lots and one homeowner's association (HOA) lot.
