Document Description
Retail commercial shopping center on 17.49 acres with associated stormwater detention/retention basin on 2.74 acres of the total 20.23 acre site. A total of 207,500 square feet of commercial development with a major anchor of 121,000 square-feet plus an outdoor garden center of 31,500 square feet. The remaining 55,000 square feet of building is comprised of five smaller retail/service commercial outbuildings. The plan for site development is contained in the Gateway Center Specific Plan, which was prepared by the applicant with input from the City of Salinas.
