Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2014-0212-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, City of Highland, represented by Mr. Carlos Zamano. The project includes: Extension of two existing 3-foot by 7-foot box culverts; Construction of two new 4-foot by 8-foot box culverts adjacent to the existing culverts; Construction of concrete aprons and wing walls at both ends of the culvert extensions; Removal of a section of wire revetment wall and replacement with a concrete wing wall; Construction of a 4-foot by 4-foot storm drain connection and installation of a 4-foot by 7-foot storm drain outfall within the concrete wing wall; Installation of riprap at the outfall structure; Installation of a 30-inch waterline underneath the box culverts (using conventional trenching); Relocation of a 24-inch sewer line under the box culverts (using conventional trenching); Construction of a graded dirt access road that will replace the existing access point; and, Minor channel re-grading to accommodate listed improvements.
