Document Description
The original reclamation plan (No. 92-03) initiated the mining at the site and was approved by the county in December 1996. A subsequent expansion by amendment (No. 96-05/ Goldtooth and North Briggs Expansion Project) allowed the expansion of the existing gold mining operation by mining two adjacent pits (Goldtooth pit and the North Briggs Pit) and was approved by the County in January 2000.
A mining revision to No. 96-05 (No. 96-05A) allowed for additional mining exploratory roads. Therefore, this proposed amendment to the reclamation plan (No. 2011-01) involves the second expansion of the mined area from the original Reclamation Plan.
