The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant Alta Wind X, LLC' Alta Wind XI, LLC; Alta Wind XII, LLC; Alta Wind XIV, LLC. The Project includes the installation of up to 51 wind turbine generators and supporting infrastructure to operate them as a wind power generator facility. Project activities will include excavating, contouring and placing fill in a portion of several unnamed empheral tributaries to Rogers Dry Lake. Project opponents that will occur in CDFW jurisdictional areas include road construction, culvert, rip-rap installation, tributary re-alignment due to turbine pad construction, and the trenching of underground electrical collection lines.
