San Benito Smart Energy Park LLC proposes to develop a solar energy facility located at 2120 Cienega Road, Hollister, CA 95023. The project site consists of three separate, but contiguous land parcels totaling approximately 32.1 acres. Parcel 020-280-050 (11.5 acres), parcel 020-170-045 (13.3 acres) and parcel 020-280-052 (7.71 acres). At the present time a Paintball operation exists on six acres of parcel 020-280-050. If the proposed project is approved, the paint ball facility will continue to be operational.
