Document Description
The Project is for the construction and operation of a 20 MW photovoltaic electric generating facility, which includes solar modules, equipment and inverter stations, a 69 Kilovolt (kV) transmission line, a switchyard, a substation, and a portable maintenance trailer and restroom on approximately 141 acres of land in southern Tulare County. The Project will also include a gravel access road and fencing installation for aesthetic and safety purposes.
