The project includes a 960 square-foot office/sales building, a 1,840 square-foot equipment storage garage, an 18,400 square-foot operational/crushing area, two 20,000+ square-foot raw and finished material storage stockpiles, and associated landscaping, access, and drainage improvements. Preliminary earthwork quantities are estimated at 12,000 cubic yards of fill.
