Document Description
The Project is the construction of approx. one mile of Whitewood (Meadowlark) Road from Baxter Road (south) to Keller Road (north). The road will be paved and widened both to the east and west of the existing unimproved Meadowlark Lane. According to the City's Circulation element, Whitewood (Meadowlark) Road is considered a four-lane "major" roadway to be constructed to its ultimate width of approx. 100 foot wide. The Project also includes storm drains, storm water treatment facilities, wildlife under-crossings, street lights, curb cuts and wheel chair ramps and signing striping.
