The proposed project, part of the City's Capital Improvement Plan, is the construction of approximately 5,800 linear feet of Whitewood Road (Meadowlark Road) between Baxter Road and Keller Road to its "ultimate width". The majority of the Project alignment is within existing right-of-way, however, there are areas for which right-of-way will be acquired.
