Document Description
The proposed project would result in the development of one of two conceptual project options. Option 1 would include a maximum of 150 assisted/independent living units & 150 senior housing apartment/townhomes on a 5.32-acre portion of the site. Four townhomes would be built on the remaining 0.33-acre parcel located at the southern end of the project site. Option 1 would also include 54,149 sf of common open space (including 2,699 sf for use by the four townhome portion), 17,500 sf of community space for use by residents of the assiste/independent living & senior housing units only, and a total of 254 parking spaces. Option 2 would include 24 single-family and 34 multiple-family dwrlling units, 46, 950 sf of common open space and 213 parking spaces.
