Document Description
Plot Plan No. 2010-049 proposes a contractor's storage yard within 5.01 gross acres. The contractor's storage yard is existing; however, the site is only used for storage at this time and no buildings are within the site. The contractor's storage yard is proposed to be constructed in phases. The proposed Phase 1 improvements consist of the following: Dawson Road Frontage Improvements; Off-site Dawson Road Improvements to Ethanac; Perimeter Landscaping; New Fencing in the Front of the Property; Off-site Utility Connections; Concrete driveways extending 20 feet into the property. Phase 2 will consist of the following: Construction of a 15,000 s.f. building in proposed Parcel 1 which including 5,000 s.f. of office and 10,000 s.f. of shop building; Construction of a 6,000 s.f. office building in proposed Parcel 2; Construction of a 10,000 s.f. shop building in proposed Parcel 2; Parking. Tentative Parcel Map No. 2010-050 proposes a Schedule E subdivision of 5.01 gross acres into two 2.35 acre parcels.
