The project will construct 4 industrial buildings comprising ~752,770 sf of building area on ~37.6 acres. Building sizes will range from ~27,840 sf to 616,000 sf. In order to accommodate the proposed project, a general plan amendment will be required to re-designate the property from Public Commercial Recreation (PCR) to Industrial Light (IL). The PCR designation reflects historical use of the main part of the site as an overflow parking area for the National Orange Show grounds located on the west side of the Arrowhead Avenue. The individual building sites will be developed based on market demand over time. The project will be built and occupied by the Year 2013.
