Document Description
Remediation of Two Oil Well Sites on Casmalia Mineral Fee (05LUP-00002-00215) At Well sites Cas-5 and Cas-33, petroleum hydrocarbon-containing soil would be excavated and transported offsite if necessary, or unused for backfill if clean, and the sites would be restored. A temporary access road would extend southwesterly for approximately 1,800 ft. from an existing gravel road at the eastern portion of property. Remediation of Two Oil Well Site on Tomkins Lease (08LUP-00000-006910) At Well sites TOM-PL-1 and TOM-PL-2, petroleum hydrocarbon-containing soil would be excavated and transported offsite if necessary, or used for backfill if clean, and the sites would be restored. These sites are located adjacent to, but outside the streambed and banks of Shuman Creek. In addition, ancillary pipelines and concrete footings would be removed from two additional areas.
