Document Description
The proposed project involves an approximately 23 acre portion of the site area that is currently developed with 22 horse stables. Nine of the stables (Barrett's Equine Complex) are proposed for conversion into a business park, eleven are proposed for conversion into self-storage units, and two are proposed for demolition. The proposed project also involves the installation of paving, parking, landscaping, lighting, fencing, and signage primarily around the proposed offices. It will include a new driveway, walkways, and bike racks.
