Document Description
A General Plan Amendment (GPA) and Zone Reclassification (Rezone) application for an approximate acre parcel in the Fruitland area. The project proposes to: (1) change the designation of the parcel from Timber Production (T) Agricultural Rural with a density of one dwelling per 20 acres (AR20); and (2) change the zone from Timberland Production Zone (TPZ) into Rural Residential Agriculture (RA-20). The change in zoning from TPZ is through a 10-year non-renewal, and the lands will be restricted by TPZ until completion of the slide-out. The parcel is developed with three dwellings served by on-site water and sewage disposal system; the northern portion of the property is timbered.
