Document Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH), as the Lead Agency, will be issuing a water supply permit to Flying J Inc. for the construction of a new replacement well. The proposed project includes the replacement of and existing water supply well with the purpose of identifying groundwater that meets the primary MCL for nitrate. The existing well will be destroyed following the construction of the new well.
