Document Description
This Agreement authorizes Stockton East Water District (SEWD) to perform specified routine maintenance projects in the Calaveras River, Mormon Slough, Mosher Creek, Potter Creek, Shirley Creek, Hoods Creek, and Rock Creek; and requires SEWD to comply with general and specific measures when performing such projects in order to prevent any substantial adverse impacts to fish and wildlife resources in San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Calaveras Counties. This Agreement does not apply to emergency work SEWD must perform in order to protect life or property as described in Fish and Game Code section 1610.
