Document Description
The project will provide a new Boiler System with increased reliability, efficiency, and lower operating and maintenance costs to meet the South Coast Air Quality Management District air emissions regulations. The Project will involve the demolition of the existing Boiler Ssytem and the installation of two new 5.1 Million British Thermal Units per hour steam boilers and all appurtenances into the existing Digester Heater Building 2.
