Replace an existing monument sign with an electronic message display sign. The sign measures right feet high by eight feet wide with a two-food base. The sign includes internally illuminated channel letters, framing and accents on a painted metal cabinet. The illuminated message board component of the monument sign is monochromatic and measures two feet by six feet for a total of 12 square feet. The existing sign is positioned perpendicular to East Washington Avenue.
