Document Description
The purpose of this project is to increase available employee housing by installing a modular residential building. This building will be located 1/4 mile south of the District Office complex in an area where a previous residence once existed. This building will attach to the existing utilities at the building site. Therefore only minor trenching and excavaton will be associated with this project.
The modular residence is to be a new 24 x 60 feot buiilding. The building floor plan will include two bathrooms, three bedrooms as well as a kitchen, dining and living room.
