Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead Management of invasive plant species on public lands adjacent to the Sacramento River in Redding, primarily using volunteer workers. Work areas will be delineated by professional staff prior to initiating work. Vegetation will be controlled/removed through the use of appropriate herbicides, chain saws, and hand equipment. On larger sites flail mowers may be used in conjunction with power chippers. No work will occur within 10 feet of stream bank. Herbicides will be applied by certified applicators.
