Document Description
Addendum No. 1 to the PEIR certified on Dec. 24, 2014. CDFA proposes changing the PEIR to include Merit 2F urban/residential turf applications as part of the Japanese Beetle Program. These changes are minor modifications to the PEIR within CDFA's jurisdiction, will be subject to management practices and mitigation measures described in the PEIR, and will result in no additional significant environmental impacts beyond those already identified in the PEIR. (CEQA Guidelines, 15164, 15162, 15163). The Addendum includes an evaluation and explanation of the decision not to prepare a subsequent EIR supported by substantial evidence. (Guidelines 15164(b)(d)(e).
