Document Description
The Water Board intends to adopt a conditional waiver of Waste Discharge Requirements for existing grazing operations in the Napa River and Sonoma Creek Watersheds to comply with the Napa River and Sonoma Creek Pathogen and Sediment TMDL Implementation Plans that specify the actions necessary to protect and restore beneficial uses to the Napa River and Sonoma Creek Watersheds. These actions shall be consistent with the requirements of the NPS policy. The purpose of the waiver is to set conditions for implementation of grazing management practices which result in water quality improvements.
