Note: Reference SCH# 2005072117. In 2005, Chevron Products (Chevron) proposed the Energy and Hydrogen Renewal Project at the Chevron Richmond Refinery (Refinery). The original project involved several modifications to the Refinery: (1) Hydrogen Plant Replacement; (2) Hydrogen Purity Improvements; (3) Power Plant Replacement; (4) Catalytic Reformer Replacement; (5) Associated Infrastructure Modifications; and (6) Other New and Replacement Facilities (storage tanks, control building and central maintenance building).
