- JLPUD possesses four water right permits related to its water right applications 27220,27239,28123, and 28124. JLPUD has filed petitions with the State Water Resources Control Board to extend the time granted to put all of the water in those four rights to beneficial use from its current expiration date in 2005, until 2030. It has also file petitions to add a small section of land to the authorized place of use in these four water rights, corresponding to a portion of the West Village/Highlands area.
