Document Description
The proposed project consists of improvements to the existing WWTP facilities to upgrade system's level of treatment. The key element of the proposed WWTP design is that it would result in compliance with the new Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) in Order No. R5-2013-0146. With these improvements, water quality objectives (WQOs) would not be exceeded.
The proposed project would not increase the capacity of the WWTP beyond its current permitted effluent discharge flow of 0.71 million gallons daily (mgd) average dry weather flow (ADWF).
