The proposed project consists of modification of the approved WWTP design that has resulted in a reduction of the project footprint and beneficial flow conditions to Jackson Creek. Improvements are now limited to the WWTP site.
While not required by CEQA, the City has elected to release the Addendum to the Final EIR for a 30-day review period.
