Document Description
The request is a rezoning from the Unclassified (U) zone district to the Limited Residential (R-L) or other appropriate zone district in order to facilitate approval of a two-parcel residential land division with a remainder parcel. The two residential parcels would be 31.56 and 18.30 acres in size. The remainder parcel would be 131.92 acres in size. The project would utilize on-site septic systems for sewage disposal. Water would be provided by County Service Area #6. Extension of waterlines to serve the proposed parcels, improvement of paved access to the parcels, and installation of fire hydrants as needed to conform to Shasta County development standards.
