Document Description
The Project involves replacing an existing undersized and deteriorated culvert and constructing storm water treatment basins. A new culvert will convey runoff from the upper Bijou Creek watershed directly to Lake Tahoe and eliminate mixing flows with urban runoff. The urban runoff will be collected in a new collection and pretreatment system before being pumped into a series of infiltration basins in the upper watershed.
