Document Description
This bank stabilization and erosion control project is designed to significantly reduce erosion of fine-grained stream banks and improve water quality in an 800-foot reach of Norton Creek, adjacent and upstream of the landowner's residence. Norton Creek is a non-salmonid-bearing tributary of West Creek, a tributary of Dry Creek, which then flows into the Russian River, near Healdsburg in Sonoma County. The project has been developed at the initiative of the landowner.
