Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a lake and streambed alteration agreement pursuant to section 1602 of the fish and game code no. 1600-2015-0140-R5 for the project applicant, David Voorhees, Big Canyon Country Club. The project proposes to fill approximately 185 lf of an unnamed ephemeral drainage associated with the construction of one single family residence within the Big Canyon golf course and residential community. The project will permanently impact no more than 0.17 acre of jurisdictional streambed and associated habitat, and mitigate with 0.034 acre of creation of herbaceous riparian habitat and 0.14 acre of enhancement by removal of non-native ornamental vegetation on site.
