Document Description
The San Benito County Airport Land Use Commission has prepared an Airport Land Use Compatibility Plan for the Hollister Municipal Airport to replace an earlier plan - Hollister Municipal Airport Comprehensive Land Use Plan - adopted by the Commission in October 2001. The proposed Compatibility Plan has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the CA State Aeronautics Act (Public Utilities Code Sections 21670 et seq.). Preparation of the plan was guided by the CA Airport Land Use Planning Handbook published by the CA Division of Aeronautics, as required by state law (Public utilities Code Section: 21675.7).
