The site is located at 2202 and 2206 Avenida de la Playa in La Jolla (APN Nos. 346-285-01 and 02; Lots 14 and 15, Block 11 of La Jalla Shore Unit No. 1, Map No. 1913). The new building would include two residential condominium units on a .09 acre site.
