The proposed project involves a four-story building planned to include a total of 140,000 sf ~25,000 sf of retail/restaurant use will be provided at ground level, oriented toward Main Street. An additional 115,000 sf of office will be provided above the retail/restaurant uses. Four (4) levels of underground parking totaling 320 spaces.
