Zoning for the site is A70 Limited Agricultural and A72, General Agricultural. The site contains a single family residence that would be retained on parcel 4. Access would be provided by a private road connection to Montana Serena. The project would be served by on-site septic systems and imported water from the Padre Dam Municipal Water District. Earthwork will consist of the balanced cut and fill of 10,100 cubic yards of material.
