Document Description
The City of Pomona has initiated a General Plan Amendment (GPA 11-001), proposing to amend its General Plan to update the Housing Element for the planning period January 1, 2008 through June 30, 2014. In accordance with the CEQA and the CEQA Guidelines, the City has prepared this IS to analyze potential direct and indirect environmental effects resulting from approval of GPA 11-001. Based on the findings of the IS, a ND has also been prepared.
