Document Description
Water Transfer Program for water years 2014 through 2038. This program would consist of the transfer of up to 150,000 acre-feet of substitute water annually from the Exchange Contractors to other Central Valley Project (CVP) contractors and/or State Water Project (SWP) contractors for municipal and industrial and/or agricultural uses consistent with existing contract amounts; to Reclamation for delivery of Incremental Level 4 water to the San Joaquin River and Tulare Lake Basin wildlife refuges; and/or to transfer and/or exchange of CVP water from the Exchange Contractors to other CVP and SWP contractors on an annual basis.
