Note: Review Per Lead This EIS/EIR examines the environmental effects of the proposed transfer and/or exchange of up to 150,000 acre-feet of substitute water from the San Joaquin River Exchange Contractors Water Authority (Exchange Contractors) to the San Joaquin Valley wetland habitat areas, to other Central Valley Project (CVP) contractors, and/or selected State Water Project (SWP) contractors. This report has been prepared in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, as amended (NEPA), and the CEQA of 1970.
