Document Description
The March Business Center Project proposes to develop a business center on a 75.05 acre property. The proposed business center would develop four structures on the subject property (~1,484,407 sf of building space), as well as surface parking areas and drive aisles, loading docks, roadway improvements, utility infrastructure, landscaping, water quality/detention basins, and other site improvements. The proposed project also would amend the City of Moreno Valley General Plan Circulation Element and the Moreno Valley Industrial Area Plan (Specific Plan 208) to modify the alignment of an undeveloped segment of Krameria Avenue between Heacock Street and Indian Street, and to downgrade the classification of this roadway segment from "Minor Arterial" to "Industrial Collector".
