Document Description
On July 14 and July 28, 2011, the Planning Commission and City Council took respective actions adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the Barton Plaza Commercial. An Addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration was approved as it relates to a noise/screen boundary wall (NOS-05) at the northwest portion of the site. A development incentive from the Barton Road Specific Plan relating to this portion of the boundary wall was also approved.
