The project is a Major Use Permit to allow for the construction, operation and maintenance of a wireless telecommunication facility. The project consists of a 35-foot tall faux water tank which will contain 12 panel antennas mounted within the tank. Associated equipment will be located within a faux barn structure. The project is located at 18290 Madre Grande Road within the Jamul-Dulzura Subregional Plan area within the unincorporated area of San Diego County.
