Document Description
The proposed project involves amendments to the 1996 DWP Specific Plan (proposed Specific Plan Amendment) that would allow for the development of a 32-lot residential development (Tentative Tract Map No. 17425). The residential uses would be located on approximately 4.5 acres in the northern portion of the project site. The remaining approximately 6.4 acres of the project site would be used for open space passive recreation uses. The State Lands Commission action is a land exchange with Bay City Partners, LLC within the project boundary.
